Class Types
Kids Class: Intended for ages 6-12
Adult Class: Intended for ages 12+
We may add additional class types in the future. If there is something you are looking for, let us know and maybe we can make it happen.
Class Style
Classes focus primarily on foundational movements found within most martial arts. We also learn basic self-defense skills, mental discipline, and character development while keeping things fun and engaging.
While classes follow a general curriculum, the instructor is always prepared to meet you where you are and adapt to individual differences. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.
Class Schedule*
Classes are typically held Sunday-Friday. You can look at the calendar on this page to see if an upcoming class fits into your schedule
*If no classes fit into your schedule, please contact us so we can discuss possibly adding different times.
Classes are currently only available to residents of The Point at Seven Oaks. We hope to expand these services in the future.
